It helps cover any potential costs or losses they may incur if you cancel or fail to show up for your reservation.

The deposit is usually deducted from the total cost of your Disney vacation, so it is not an additional fee. It is important to note that the deposit amount may vary depending on the specific Disney vacation package or resort you choose.
